CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
- You will receive confirmation of your booking with a payment link. Your booking is confirmed after you pay via the payment link.
- If you do not receive an email from us, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Travel time may vary due to traffic conditions. If you want to return to the airport, please contact us for advice on a reasonable time to catch your flight from Sapa to Hanoi airport.
- Fast food and drinks are allowed in the car, with attention to hygiene during the trip.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- More than 48 hours before the starting time: 100% refund but with a 2 USD per person handling fee.
- 24 hours to 48 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded.
- Within 24 hours before the starting time: No refund.
- Passenger not showing up: No refund.
