- 08:00 – 08:30 AM: Pick-up from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. If staying outside, take a taxi to 160 Tran Quang Khai Street to board.
- 09:30 AM: Quick 10-minute rest stop for refreshments and restroom break.
- 11:00 AM: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, drop-off at cruise port.
Halong Bay to Hanoi Schedule
- 11:30 – 12:00 PM: Pick-up from cruise port.
- 13:30 PM: Stop for a quick break.
- 15:00 PM: Arrival in Hanoi, drop-off at your hotel.

- You will receive a booking confirmation with a payment link. Your booking is confirmed once payment is made.

VIP Seats
- Our limousine has 9 seats: 2 at the front, 4 in the middle (VIP seats), and 3 at the back.
- VIP seats are larger and more comfortable than regular seats, with extra legroom.
Additional Information:
- Children aged 0-4 years can travel for free if seated with parents (separate seats for children will incur an adult fare).
- Travel times may vary based on traffic. Contact us for advice if traveling to the airport.
- Food and drinks are allowed onboard—please ensure cleanliness.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund (processing fee of $2 USD per person).
- 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Within 24 hours before departure: No refund.
- No show: No refund.
