Hanoi to Halong Bay Schedule:
- Pick-up anywhere in Hanoi city center (pick-up typically takes 30–45 minutes), then depart for Halong Bay via the highway. After about 1 hour, a short 10-minute rest stop will be made. The journey takes about 2.5 hours, and passengers are dropped off at their hotel in Tuan Chau or Halong city.

About VIP Seats
The limousine van has 9 seats: 2 front seats, 4 middle seats (VIP), and 3 back seats. The middle seats are larger and more comfortable than the others. All seats are made of high-quality leather for maximum comfort.
Additional Information
- Children aged 0–4 travel free if sharing a seat with parents. If they require their own seat, the price will be the same as adults.
- Travel times may vary due to traffic. If you’re heading to the airport, please contact us for advice on the best time to catch your flight.
- Fast food and drinks are allowed in the vehicle, but please ensure cleanliness during the trip.
Cancellation Policies
- More than 48 hours before departure: 100% refund (minus $2 handling fee per person)
- 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Within 24 hours of departure: No refund
- No-show: No refund
