This trip “Northern Vietnam Mountain Loop” will take you to completely new destinations. We will explore the land of Ha Giang with the wild and poetic Dong Van rock plateau. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore ethnic minority villages with colorful cultures. The next destination of the Vietnam travel itinerary will be Cao Bang, a land that is not famous on the tourist map of Vietnam but possesses a majestic natural wonder, Ban Gioc Waterfall. During the trip, you will have interesting and unforgettable experiences!

Detailed program
Arrival in Noi Bai airport, you will be picked up then transferred to the hotel in city center. The check-in is available at 2 pm. The day is free for your own exploration and shopping. Overnight at hotel.
You will be picked up by your guide and car at your hotel in Hanoi, and driven to Ha Giang, via Tuyen Quang province. Stop en route to visit a village of black Tay ethnic people. Arrive in Ha Giang town in the late afternoon. Overnight in hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Dong Van Plateau situated at 1025m above sea level and inhabited by H’mong and Tay ethnic groups. Stop at the Heavenly Gate of Quan Ba before arriving at Yen Ninh- a beautiful valley nestled amongst green mountains. Walk through Pho Bang, known to tourists as the “town falling into oblivion”, home to the Hoa and H’Mong ethnic people. Continue your tour with a visit of the Palace of H’Mong King Vuong Chi Sinh built in 1914 and now a symbol of the glorious past of the H’mong people. Night at hotel.
After breakfast, you depart to Meo Vac village inhabited by the Lo Lo and Pu Peo ethnic minority people who still retain their cultural traditions and traditional costumes. You will hike down to Meo Vac valley. You continue the journey to ba Be crossing Ma Pi Leng Pass. Overnight at Ba Be Lakeside Bungalow.
After breakfast, embark a little boat to cruise the emerald Ba Be Lake and soak in its sublime serenity and beauty. Continue your cruise towards the scenic Dau Dang Waterfall and then visit the villages of Tay ethnic minority people and discover their lifestyle. Transfer to Cao Bang on road. Overnight in hotel Cao Bang
You will head to the Chinese border to see the Ban Gioc Waterfall, considered the most beautiful in Vietnam. Stop at the Phuc Sen villages at the edge of the road to discover the traditional technique of Nung ethnics. After visiting Nguom Ngao cave, return to Cao Bang. Night at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel then drive to Hanoi. Arrival at the capital in the late afternoon. Overnight at the hotel.
Freetime before the transfer to the airport for your flight off. Your room is available until 12h00.
